Mango is a strong supporter of education and research. Through a partnership with the Xilinx University Program, we are able to provide a substantial discount on Mango kits to academic institutions. To qualify, purchases must be made by an accredited, degree-granting educational institution and the hardware must be used only for not-for-profit education and research. Mango Communications reserves the sole discretion to determine each customer's eligibility for academic pricing. As part of our partnership with the Xilinx University Program, academic customers agree to allow Mango to share their institution name and primary contact person's name and email address with the XUP. This is the same group at Xilinx who processes donation requests for design tools, so most academic customers have already shared this information with the XUP.Quantity Discounts

We can extend Net 30 terms to most universities and large companies. If we are unable to extend credit, payment will be due in full at the time of shipment.Warranty
All Mango WARP hardware products are covered by a 1 year warranty against manufacturing defects. We will repair or replace defective products at our expense. Our warranty does not cover accidental damage, including damage caused by electro-static discharge (ESD). Customers are strongly encouraged to take standard ESD precautions when handing Mango WARP hardware.Returns
Mango products are built in small quantities and are essentially build-to-order. All sales are final; returns/refunds are not available once an order has shipped.International Orders
We can ship to customers in most countries, always subject to compliance with US export regulations. We will check all customers against the US Government's lists of embargoed countries, denied individuals and entities. All orders must be settled in US Dollars.Payment Methods
All sales are in US Dollars.Domestic: payments are accepted by check, wire transfer or ACH transfer.
International: payments are accepted by wire transfer only.
Shipping
Domestic orders are usually shipped by UPS. International orders are usually shipped by UPS or DHL. If you require special shipping arrangements, please indicate them when placing your order.Taxes and Duties
Sales Taxes: Mango Communications, Inc. is a Texas corporation, and we collect tax on all sales in Texas. If your institution is in Texas but exempt from sales tax, you must provide a copy of your exemption certificate with your order. Customers outside Texas are responsible for complying with sales tax requirements in their home jurisdictions. Duties: All international orders are shipped DDU (freight pre-paid with all other duties, taxes and fees due on receipt, payable by the receiver). We insure shipments with the carrier. Freight and insurance charges are included in our quotes and invoices. If you require other terms, please contact us before placing an order.Usage
Mango hardware is sold strictly as test and measurement equipment and implements no wireless functions unless programmed to do so by the end user. If you choose to attach an antenna and configure your hardware as a transmitter, you must do so in compliance with your local regulations. Mango will not be responsible for your compliance with any such regulations.Distributors
